Terms and Conditions 

These products are controlled products. These products should not be re-exported without authorisation of appropriate government authorities. Inappropriate re-exports will result in breach of contract at the sole discretion of HADFIELD CNC LTD. including withholding of support services. Furthermore, these products should not be re-exported and/or used for the design, development, production stockpiling, or use of missiles, or of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons. Please note a 25% restocking charge will apply on returned items standard terms and conditions of sale on request.

Service Exchange prices assume a faulty part that is returned within 10 days is in physically good condition, economically repairable and non-interfered with. If this is not the case, a surcharge will be invoiced depending on the actual condition of the unit. The part number must be the same number as the part that has been replaced. If you are unsure that your part is acceptable as a service exchange return, please send your unit in for upfront inspection. Initial repair estimations are indicative only and are assuming units are in physically good condition/economically repairable and non-interfered with condition. If upon arrival, units are not in in these conditions, actual repair costs can vary. HADFIELD CNC LTD is an independent company & is not affiliated to FANUC or any FANUC companies

Shipping

UPS are our preferred courier. We are able to offer next working day delivery to more than 90% of the UK. All items shipped are traceable through UPS. Items that we have in stock which are ordered before 3 pm Mon-Fri  (excluding Bank Holidays) can be delivered the next working day in the UK (Subject to availability and shipping restrictions). We can also offer next working day delivery to the majority of European countries. We also may be able to offer a before 12 pm Service (dependent on location). For a selected few European countries and worldwide expect 2-4 working days for shipping. If you are in need of an urgent unit, we may be able to provide a same day service depending on your distance from Hadfield CNC & Electronics.
